How To Connect Your NEW Computer or
Reconnect Your Computer to Your Networked Copier/Printer
The initial set up of your copier/printer is included with your contract. However, if you get a new computer or a virus or power outage causes you to lose your connection, and we need to set it up, there will be a charge of $150 per hour. THE FASTEST AND EASIEST WAY to install the drivers to your computer is to use the disk that came with your copier/printer. IF NO DISK IS AVAILABLE:
Lanier, Ricoh, Savin, Gestetner Machines: Print off a configuration page from your copier/printer. Press the User Tools button. On the screen, select Printer Features, and then Configuration. This page will show your model number in the upper right hand corner and your IP address in the lower portion of the second column. You will need this information.
Kyocera Machines: Press the Counter button, and then print the status page. On the smaller units, press the System Menu/Counter button, then print reports, then status page. Locate your IP address on the page.
